Raffle Proves Just the Ticket for Local Cricket Club

A raffle organised by the developers of the Stonebridge Beck residential development in Farnley has raised funds for a local cricket club.

A luxury Christmas hamper was the star prize for one lucky winner in the raffle which took place at the New Farnley Cricket Club Christmas Fair, with all monies raised going to the club’s junior section.

A crisp and clear winters’ afternoon attracted a large turnaround from the local community and several stand holders displaying a wide range of products. There was also a fantastic musical performance from the talented choir at Lawns Park Primary School and a special visit from Santa.

Stonebridge Beck also had a stand which provided information regarding the new development on Stonebridge Lane

Jane Adams, New Homes Advisor at Stonebridge Beck, said: “It was a pleasure to be a part of this event which has definitely put everyone who attended in the festive spirit.

‘Community is very much at the heart of Stonebridge Beck and having facilities such as New Farnley Cricket Club on the doorstep is a real bonus.”

The remaining stock at Stonebridge Beck includes two, three and four bedroom townhouses in the sympathetically converted Stonebridge Mill, along with a three bedroom mill cottage, all of which are ready to move into.

Meanwhile, the four bedroom Hazel is the last of the contemporary new build house types available.

Prices at Stonebridge Beck currently start at £265,000 with special offers available. The Sale Centre and show homes are open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm. For more information please call 07837 116 469.
