The developers of an exciting new £25m brownfield residential development in Farnley, Leeds are reporting strong off plan sales.

Stonebridge Beck on Stonebridge Lane is on the site of the former Stonebridge Mills, close to the Farnley Ring Road and will deliver 112 homes including 82 contemporary style two, three and four bedroom new builds, as well as the regeneration of the grade II listed mill buildings and cottages to create a further  30 unique homes.

The historic chimney and water tower which are well-known Leeds landmarks will be retained as part of the ambitious restoration project.

The joint developers of the scheme are Rushbond and Advent Developments, with construction work being carried out by Caddick Construction. The development is due for completion in summer 2023.
